vices herein contracted for without the advance written approval of the Customer .All subcontracts shall comply with Fed- <br />eral and State laws and regulations, which are applicable to the services, covered by the subcontract and shall include all <br />the terms and conditions set forth herein, which shall apply with equal force to the subcontract, as if the subcontractor were <br />the contractor referred to herein. KCC is responsible for contract performance whether or not subcontractors are used. <br />C. Compliance with ADA. <br />KCC shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (Public Law 101-336, 42 U.S.C. <br />12101-12213) and applicable federal regulations under the Act. <br />D. Non-Discrimination. <br />Neither party shall discriminate against any person or class of persons by reason of sex, color, race, religion, national ori- <br />gin, or handicap while performing any obligation under this agreement. <br />E. Entire Agreement. <br />This Agreement represents the entire agreement between Customer and KCC relating to this requirement and shall prevail <br />over any and all previous verbal and written agreements. <br />2~i4=92 <br />
