Bice, (hereinafter referred to as "Owners" <br />located at 2417 North Valencia Street, Santa Ana, California, 92706)in the Countyao fOran e <br />and listed on the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties. g <br />RECITALS <br />A• The City Council of the City of Santa Ana is authorized by California <br />Government Code Section 50280 et seq.
