;,j,zj'�'JAzE NOT ON FILE WORK MAY NOT PROCEED CLERK OF COUNCILS DATE. i a D C (a� C,C,6- ,s AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT N-2005-067-01 THIS AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT is entered into on October 28, 2008, by and between the Girl Scout Council of Orange County, a non-profit organization ("Tenant') and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("Landlord"). RECITALS: A. The parties entered into that certain Lease Agreement N-2005-067, dated February 17, 2005, (hereinafter "Lease Agreement') by which Tenant has leased office space in the Corbin Family Resource Center. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the lease terminated on April 30, 2008, however the Tenant has continued to occupy the premises with the consent of the Landlord. C. The parties wish to record their agreement to continue the terms and conditions of said Lease Agreement on a month to month basis, for up to an additional one year period. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Lease Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Lease Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 3, TERM OF LEASE, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: "The term of this Lease shall be for three (3) years, commencing on the first (1') day of May 2005, and ending on the thirtieth (30'h) day of April, 2008. Thereafter, the Lease shall continue on a month-to-month basis for up to one additional one-year period, through April 30, 2009. Said month-to-month tenancy may be terminated upon thirty days written notice by either party." 2. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. H H
