All work on the contract amendment was <br />completed and contractor paid in full by the end of the contract. However, after the <br />completion of the contract, it was discovered that Amendment 2 was not executed. <br />City Attorney Office has determined that it is not necessary at this time to pursue agreement <br />execution since the contract has been long completed and the contractor has been paid in <br />full. <br />
