<br />1 Specifications of server computer hardware are attached in a separate sheet.
<br />2 GST InterGp Bridge links multiple agencies of GST Tracker software together. All users with GST Tracker Server
<br />may use GST InterGp Bridge to share AVL data without any need for interface. Each participating agency must
<br />have one license of the Bridge software install to share AVL data.
<br />Agencies that are using AVL systems other than GST Tracker will require an Interface between their AVL and
<br />GST Tracker in order to use GST InterGp Bridge software.
<br />3 Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) for GST software is 18% of the original license fee.
<br />AMF paid client is entitled to technical support through email and telephone (M-F, 9:OOAM-6:OOPM, PST),
<br />software upgrades through the year, and discounts for GST training programs and customization services.
<br />4 SAPD will pay AT&T for modem monthly airtime charges and activation fees.
<br />5 Siena wireless GPS modem comes with three-year manufacturer warranty.
<br />6 Installation includes AirLink Pinpoint X GPS modem and lock box, system registration, and on-site testing.
<br />7 Prices stated above are good for ninety (90) days from the date of this quotation.
