COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. C-8-0862 <br />termination of this AGREEMENT. <br />ARTICLE 9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS <br />The AUTHORITY and CITY agree to the following mutual responsibilities for PROJECT: <br />A. AUTHORITY and CITY will jointly participate in progress, coordination and <br />additional field diagnostic team meetings as needed to implement the PROJECT. <br />B. Term of Agreement -All work must be completed pursuant to the PROJECT <br />schedule identified in Exhibit A and no later than December 31, 2010. This AGREEMENT shall <br />continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2010, unless terminated earlier, or <br />extended, by mutual written consent by both Parties. <br />C. This AGREEMENT may be amended in writing at any time by the mutual <br />consent of both parties. No amendment shall have any force or effect unless executed in <br />writing by both parties. <br />D. Notices -Any notices, requests, or demands made between the Parties <br />pursuant to this AGREEMENT sent by first class mail, postage paid, to the address and <br />addressee, shall be deemed to have been given when in the ordinary course it would be <br />delivered.
