The studio facility and its satellite location are equipped with Internet access for it's <br />staff. This allows for easy access to VOS case management data entry, as well as <br />Internet and computer-based software, which are necessary for the ongoing <br />maintenance of the program. <br />Certain staff computers are also equipped with software useful for a variety of staff - <br />related work such as Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and other administrative -related <br />software.. <br />• In addition, certain student workstations are equipped with wireless Internet <br />access for use in homework, research, and other program related projects and <br />assignments. <br />6. Description of the Proposer <br />1. Discuss the current number of full time and part time personnel emploved, <br />average annual operatinp_ budget and sources of revenue. <br />Currently, Project RYTMO has two full time employees and four part-time <br />employees. The full-time employees are a Program director and Case Manager. <br />The part-time employees include the technology instructor. Tutoring & Mentor <br />Coordinator, Executive Director and Accountant/Bookkeeper. <br />The Project RYTMO average annual budget has been approximately $125,000.00 <br />Other sources of revenue include: <br />Santa Ana WIB: $98,253.00 <br />City of La Habra WIB: <br />$8000.00 <br />Futuro Now Capacity Builiding Grant: <br />$7800.00 <br />KCCD (Korean Churches for Community Development): <br />$7000.00 <br />NAMM Foundation: <br />$5000.00 <br />Marqlane Foundation: <br />$14,000.00 <br />2. How long has your organization been serving Santa Ana youth? <br />Project RYTMO has been ser—icing Santa Ana youth since 2004. However, it was <br />not until 2006 through City of Santa Ana WIB grant funding that our organization <br />was able to service additional Santa Ana youth. The current estimated percentage of <br />youth Santa Ana youth serviced through Project RYTMO is 60%. <br />
