Universal Productions, <br />etc. Professional recording studio owner, music producer, songwriter, composer/arranger, <br />music consultant. Writer/Publisher, Member of ASCAP, BMI, CCLI and CMPA. <br />Duties/Responsibdities: Responsibilities include administrator and management of paid <br />staff, instructors, volunteers and curriculum of Project RYTMO. Coordinate recruitment <br />procedures, evaluation methods, follow up procedures, sponsorship programs, <br />t:ollaborations with youth agencies, and auxiliary programs that service at- <br />risk/adjudicated youth. Oversee fiscal and budgetary matters, fiscal reports, financial <br />disbursements, in conjunction with CLAMA Financial Administrator. <br />Time Allocation for this program: 10 -hours per week <br />MIKE ANDERSON: <br />Title: Program Director <br />Education & Experience: Over 28 years experience in upper management. Singer, <br />songwriter and accomplished musician. Contracted artist under legendary music producer <br />Robert "Bumps" Blackwell. (Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughn, Dinah Washington, Ray <br />Charles, Sam Cooke, Quincy Jones, etc) <br />Promotional, marketing and music management for renowned 60's artists like Jewel <br />Akins, (Birds & Bees), Al Wilson (Show & Tell), Donnie Brooks (Mission Bell), and <br />Karl Carrasco (Cannibal & the Headhunters). <br />Duties & Responsibilities: Will oversee the weekly program operations of RYTMO, <br />it's staff, student enrollment, etc. Will ensure that case managers are effectively meeting <br />
