Shall oversee all tutoring and mentoring duties including curriculum development, <br />administering and assessment of TABE tests, participant progress through tutoring and <br />volunteer and mentoring recruitment and training. <br />Time Allocation per/week: 30 hours <br />SHARON TAYLOR: <br />Title: Bookkeeper <br />Education & Experience: Business degree in accounting/financial management. Over <br />18 years experience as accountant and financial administrator in numerous companies, <br />firms, and businesses; knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping methods; knowledge of <br />current accounting software and non-profit fiscal management <br />Duties& Responsibilities: <br />Maintain consistent bookkeeping/accounting practices for all budgets, expenses, and <br />disbursements related to Project RYTMO. Maintain current knowledge and <br />implementation of both federal and state tax laws related to salaries, wages, payments <br />and record keeping. Provide weekly financial reporting to Project Director. Provide <br />monthly reports to CLAMA Board of Directors, as necessary. <br />Time Allocation per/week: 3 hours <br />INSTRUCTORS: (Independent Contractors <br />tan Miller: Senior Audio Recording Engineer <br />Qualifications & Experience: Professional recording engineer for over 20 years. <br />Expertise in both analog and digital recording methods and technology. Senior engineer <br />for Love & Laughter Recording Studios in Anaheim. Music producer, arranger, and <br />accomplished musician. <br />Karl Carrasco: Professional keyboardist, arranger, producer <br />Qualifications & Experience: Professional recording artist, musician for over 30 years. <br />Worked professionally as music director and accompanist for numerous artists including <br />Jewel Akins, The Temptations, Tony Orlando, Cannibal & the Headhunters, comedians <br />George Lopez and Paul Rodriguez. <br />Kyle Manns: Midi and Digital Recording Technician/Engineer <br />Qualifications & Experience: Graduate from Cal State Dominguez Hills as audio <br />engineer. Expert in digital audio recording/engineering and music technology <br />applications. Familiar with current music software programs for studio recording and <br />music technology. <br />
