Invoices are then mailed to the appropriate funding agency as required by grant <br />contract. Once collected, all funds are deposited via check or direct deposit into an <br />individual checking account, or into the CLAMA General account as needed. All <br />deposits, checking accounts and statements are reconciled by the bookkeeper, and <br />reviewed/approved by the Financial Administrator. Monthly reports are provided to <br />the CLAMA Treasurer and Board of Directors for review and approval. <br />5 Describe how agency's financial stability is not dependent on WIA funds. <br />CLAMA/11roject RYTMO is funded through a variety of sources. These help <br />provide the organization with long-term sustainability goals, diverse strategies for <br />servicing different types of youth programs in the community, and the staff and <br />personnel necessary to carry out the objectives and mission of CLAMA. <br />CLAMA/Project RYTMO continually seeks out new granting and funding <br />opportunities to expand services in line with our mission statement goals and <br />objectives. Among such funding sources/donors are: <br />Federally funded Faith -based Coalitions: <br />Latino Coalition: a faith -based coalition whose focus is in servicing adjudicated <br />Latino youth in the U.S. <br />Futuro Now: similar to the Latino Coalition. this coalition's mission is to provide <br />capacity building funds for grass root organizations who service Latino youth in So. <br />California. <br />Korean Churches for Community Development (KCCD): focus is on <br />Asian/Pacific Islander youth in Orange County. <br />Federallv funded WIB/DOL prourams: <br />City of La Habra: WIB funded program to service youth in North and West Orange <br />County cities. <br />City of Santa Ana: WIB grant, currently funds Project RYTMO to service youth <br />who are residents of Santa Ana. <br />Private Foundations/Orizanizations: <br />Marqlane Foundation: private foundation whose mission is to help develop strategic <br />educational methods for communities where youth can become engaged through the <br />arts. <br />NAMM Foundation: (National Association of Musicians Merchants) A national <br />foundation whose focus is music education programs for children and youth in public <br />schools and communities around the U.S. <br />Private Donations/]n-Kind Services/Fundraising events: <br />
