Executive Director (Joey Arreguin) will work 6 hrs/wk in administrative/executive <br />duties related to Santa Ana contract. His salary will be paid through other funding <br />sources. <br />*R2.RYTMO administrative duties will now be assigned to the Program Director, Mike <br />Anderson. Mike will work approximately 15-hrs/per week overseeing administrative <br />responsibilities related to RYTMO students who are residents of Santa Ana. <br />—4. Mentoring/Tutoring Coordinator (Adri-anne Ralph) is a new addition to the RYTMO <br />staff. Adri-anne will administer the recruitment, matching, training and monitoring of the <br />Adult Mentoring Program for each Santa Ana youth enrolled. This staff member also <br />monitors and assists the Lead Case Manager in participant job placement, work <br />experience and internship opportunities for a caseload of 10 Santa Ana youth. In <br />addition, Adri-anne also serves as the coordinator of our after-school tutoring <br />component for Santa Ana RYTMO participants. <br />
