b. A hearing will be scheduled by the EEO Officer within thirty (30) days of <br />the date of filing of the complaint. <br />4. Notice of Hearing <br />Upon receipt of the request for hearing, the complainant and therespondent to the date <br />will be notified in writing of the hearing ten (10) calendarPi <br />of the hearing. The ten-day notice may be shortened with the written consent <br />of the parties. A decision will be issued by the Santa Ana LWIA within sixty <br />(60) days of the date of filing of the complaint. <br />The hearing notice shall be in writing and contain the following information: <br />a. The date of notice, name of the complainant, and the name of the party <br />against whom the complaint is filed. <br />b. The date, time, and place of hearing before an impartial hearing officer. <br />C. A statement(s) of the alleged violation(s) <br />d. Advise as to where information or assistance may be obtained, and the <br />name, address, and telephone number of the Santa Ana LWIA Equal <br />Employment Opportunities (EEO) Officer who can answer inquiries. <br />B.
