No other costs can be allowed without prior OTS approval. Costs incurred <br />prior to the starting date or subsequent to the closing date of this grant are not reimbursable. <br />Within the first quarter of your grant period, your Coordinator will provide you with information <br />about operational and fiscal requirements, as well as tools to manage your new grant. <br />Please refer to the above grant number in all your communications with this office.
