Reporting <br />The Team Leader will report project status to the identified City contacts at specific identified <br />intervals using an acceptable and agreed upon reporting template. Beyond this however, <br />communication will be maintained and coordinated through the Team Leader with these <br />contacts and other identified relevant personnel on a regular basis. <br />Proposed Fees <br />The quotation of fees and compensation shall remain firm for a period of 90 days from this <br />proposal submission. Three payments shall be invoiced to the City: one at the beginning of the <br />project period; the second after submission of the data assessment report and the third after <br />submission of the final report upon acceptance. If some other arrangement is deemed more <br />appropriate by the City, ICMA will work cooperatively for an agreement on the payment terms. <br />ICMA agrees to conduct the project as described above for the sum of $68,000.00 exclusive of <br />travel costs associated with the project. The first two installments shall be for $22,667.00. The final <br />installment shall be for $22,666.00 and made out to the International City/County Management <br />Association upon invoicing as according to the aforementioned payment schedule.
