Personal care items <br />such as bar soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoo are provided to <br />inmates for maintenance of personal hygiene. The Santa Ana holding <br />facility has been operating at full capacity over the past six months, <br />resulting in an increase in demand for personal care items. Staff <br />requests approval to increase the aggregate limit for Comade, Inc. to <br />provide uninterrupted purchases of personal care items. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the Police Detention Services account (no. 11-343- <br />6391) . <br />~~ a ~.>- <br />Paul M.
