Again, this exposure shall be the energy sum of all noise <br />impacting the project so as not to exceed an interior noise standard of <br />45 dB(A) CNEL. Commercial, industrial, and recreational uses may <br />be appropriate in this zone providing that structures are mitigated to <br />allow normal work activities to be conducted. In the City of Santa <br />Ana, the small portion of area that lies within this impacted zone shall <br />be consistent with defined noise standards (in the table presently <br />shown on page twenty-three) of the AELUP. <br />S <br />
