No Impact <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, there <br />are no known unique geologic features in the City. Therefore, <br />approval of the proposed amendments would not result in the loss <br />of any unique geologic features. <br />D. In the project located on strata or soil that is unstable <br />or that would become unstable as a result of the project <br />and potentially result in on-or off-site landslide, lateral <br />spreading, subsidence, liquefaction or collapse? <br />E. Where sewers are not available for the disposal of <br />wastewater is the soil capable of supporting the use of <br />septic tanks or alternative wastewater disposal systems? <br />No Impact <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, Santa <br />Ana contains a wide variety of soil types and associated <br />geotecnical constraints. Approval of the proposed general plan <br />element amendments would not involve the development of land <br />uses or involve the construction of any structures that would be <br />subject to geotechnical constraints. Approval of the project <br />would not involve the use of alternative wastewater disposal <br />that would be subject to geotechnical constraints. <br />VII. HAZARDS/HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br />A. Create a significant hazard to the public or the <br />environment through the routine transport, use or disposal <br />of hazardous materials? <br />B. Emit hazardous emissions or handle hazardous or acutely <br />hazardous materials, substance or waste within one-quarter <br />mile of an existing or proposed school? <br />C. Be located on a site which is located on a list of <br />hazardous material sites compiles pursuant to Government <br />Code Section 659662.5 and, as a result, would it create a <br />significant hazard to the public or the environment? <br />No Impact <br />Approval of the proposed general plan element amendments would <br />not directly result in the creation of any significant hazards <br />to the public, in that the approval of the proposed amendments <br />10 <br />75C-48 <br />
