LAND USE/PLANNING <br />A. Physically divide an established community? <br />No Impact <br />The proposed general plan element amendments would not result in <br />any activities or the development of any land uses that would <br />physically divide any community. <br />B. Conflict with any applicable land use plan, policy, or <br />regulation of an agency with jurisdiction over the project <br />adopted for the purpose of avoiding or mitigating an <br />environmental effect? <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br />The proposed project involves amendments to the City's Noise <br />Element, Land Use Element and Airport Environs Element, which <br />have been determined to be internally consistent with other <br />elements of the City's General Plan. Approval of the proposed <br />general plan element amendments would not result in conflicts <br />with any applicable planning programs or policies in the City. <br />C. Conflict with any applicable habitat conservation plan or <br />natural community plan? <br />No Impact <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, there <br />are no habitat conservation plans or natural community plans in <br />Santa Ana. Therefore, approval of the proposed general plan <br />element amendments would not impact any conservation plans or <br />natural community plans. <br />X.
