Responses to <br />Environmental Checklist <br />For CEQA Compliance <br />IX. Land Use and Planning <br />Sources: Building Specifications; OCGP Safety Element. <br />Would the project: <br />A. Physically divide an established community? <br />Findin No Impact. <br />Analvsis: The proposed project involves the construction of a sewer lift station and <br />appurtenances within an existing established community. No component of the <br />proposed project would result in the physical division of the existing established <br />community. No impact would result from the project. <br />B. Conflict with any applicable land use plan, policy, or regulation of an agency with <br />jurisdiction over the project (including, but not limited to the general plan, specific <br />plan, local coastal program, or zoning ordinance) adopted for the purpose of <br />avoiding or mitigating an environmental effect? <br />Findin No Impact. <br />Analysis: The proposed project would not conflict with the Santa Ana General Plan, the <br />Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) policies, or any other <br />applicable land use plan, policy, or regulation adopted for the purpose of <br />mitigating an environmental effect. The project would not conflict wifih the <br />existing residential zoning and General Plan [and use designations of <br />surrounding properties, as sewer lift stations are considered an incidental use <br />within such zones. The project also would be necessary to facilitate <br />development as planned by the City's General Plan and zoning designations. No <br />impact would occur. <br />C. Conflict with any applicable habitat conservation plan or natural community <br />conservation plan? <br />Finding: No Impact. <br />Analvsis: There are no habitat conservation plans or natural community conservation plans <br />affecting the project area. Therefore, no impact would occur. <br />X. Mineral Resources <br />Sources: Building Specifications; OCGP Resources Element. <br />Would the project: <br />A.
