The system shall <br />consist of an absorber vessel {drum} with <br />activated carbon. The drum shall be <br />connected to the wet well by PVC ducting. <br />The air flow shall be variable and dependent <br />on the inflow into the wet well and the raising <br />and lowering of the water surface within the <br />wet well. The activated carbon shall be <br />designed so as to scrub sewage gases and <br />remove odor-causing hydrogen sulfide gas <br />before venting to the atmosphere through the <br />roof of the lift station. <br />MM-2 Prior to the commencement of proposed City of Santa Ana Less than <br />construction or demolition activities requiring Public Works Significant <br />lane closures or other traffic disruptions along Department <br />Segerstrom Avenue and/ar Bristol Street, the <br />construction contract documents shall address <br />measures to be undertaken during <br />construction activities to minimize disruptions <br />to the normal flow of traffic. Examples of <br />measures to be undertaken include, but shall <br />not necessarily be limited to: a) the <br />identification of detour routes; b} signage plan <br />identifying proposed detour routes; c) signage <br />for advanced notification of anticipated lane <br />closuresldisruptions; d) any necessary traffic <br />control personnel; and e) any other measures <br />deemed necessary to minimize disruptions to <br />traffic during construction of the proposed <br />pro}ect. <br />Page 64 of 64 <br />75E-68 <br />
