I .-I ! , * * 0 6 0 <br />Excerpt from the Minutes of the City Council meeting bald October <br />3, 1960, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, <br />Santa Ana, California. <br />"'The Council having unanimously, waived the reading of <br />the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br />seconded by Breuer and carried, the following Resolution <br />entitled: <br />'Resolution No. 60 -194 of the City Council <br />authorizing an amendment to the contract <br />providing for the participation of the City <br />of Santa Ana in the State Employees' Retire- <br />meut System" <br />to include the Survivors Program "j" Article 6, <br />Chapter 9, Section 21380 -6, effective November <br />1, 1960, was considered and passed by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br />Ayes, Councilman Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., <br />Bob Brewer, A. A.
