We must apologize for this <br />oversight. <br />Since the city has been paying for the survivor benefit as a percentage of <br />member payroll (0.229/) since July 1, 1963, we have prepared documents which <br />..,_.. <br />_~ _m....-_ ~.,,,_~,..,.._... ._._ _ .-_____ . <br />w~Ii T~c'onI'orm the contrac~ o h,~,_con ri u ion whic~i~ is actually regu~red, and <br />•--~~ .. .,_ r_ , _ . ,._ _._... .. . _ <br />b~'ng" repo~r e '~~athis time. .The 0.229 which the city is now paying for <br />1959 survivor benefits is included in the 6.922/ of member payroll being <br />remitted by the city as its total currant service. This is the new 6.772% <br />rate transmitted April 18, 1963 with the 1962 quadrennial report plus 0.150 <br />on account of the addition of Section 2080l~.5.
