Healy <br />Pursuant to the Concessionaire Agreement you entered with the City of Santa Ana on November <br />7, 2000, Section 3 - "Term," the option to extend the time period of the agreement is hereby <br />exercised to extend from September 5, 2005, until September 5, 2010. The insurance certificates <br />and Additional Insured Endorsement are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this <br />extension.
