Section 3: That Ordinance No. NS-2768, the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year <br />2008-2009, as amended, shall be further amended by: <br />A. Reallocating two (2) full time positions, with no change in salary, from the <br />classification title of Park Maintenance Worker, Salary Rate Range (SRR) 556, to the <br />classification title of Park Maintenance Inspector I, Salary Rate Range (SRR) 556. <br />B. Reallocating two (2) full time positions, with no change in salary, from the <br />classification title of Park Maintenance Leader, Salary Rate Range (SRR) 600, to the <br />classification title of Park Maintenance Inspector II, Salary Rate Range (SRR) 600. <br />Section 4: That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, and Ordinance No. NS-2768 setting forth the <br />Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2008-2009, as amended, shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />Section 5: That this Resolution shall be operative from and after February 17, <br />2009. <br />ADOPTED this 17t" day of February, 2009. <br />Miguel A.
