All street furniture surfaces, pedestrian-level walls and <br />amenities shall incorporate graffiti resistant coatings. <br />14. The podium level shall include amenities such as informal <br />modern outdoor furniture and seating areas, decorative <br />pavers, landscape trees and plant material. <br />15. Prior to issuance of building permits, the exterior building <br />amenities, materials and finishes shall be submitted for review <br />and approval by the Planning Division. <br />16.
