CONSENT CALENDAR <br />1. Relieve Sandoval & Johnson Construction of their bid in the <br />amount of $277,550. <br />2. Award a contract to J. Desigio Construction, the lowest <br />responsible bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the <br />estimated amount of $323,050 for construction of the <br />Neighborhood Water Main Improvements at Rene Drive, Spruce <br />Street, Rita Way and other various locations. <br />3. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction <br />cost of $403,800. <br />23.E. Award a contract to All American Asphalt, the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the estimated <br />amount of $252,000 for construction of the Ross Street <br />Rehabilitation. <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction <br />cost of $307,700. <br />3. Approve an appropriation adjustment. <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 09-048 -recognizing $200,000 <br />in the Capital Outlay Fund, Construction Reimbursement from Trustee <br />Revenue account and appropriating this amount to the Capital Outlay <br />Fund, Non-Departmental Expenditure account. <br />23.F.
