BUSINESS CALENDAR <br />5. AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW <br />INSTRUCTIONS FOR 720 E. SIXTH STREET (Shelly Landry-Bayle) <br />Recommended Action: <br />Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency direct the <br />Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the Executive Director <br />to execute an agreement for the acquisition of real property and escrow <br />instructions acquiring the real property located at 720 E. Sixth Street, <br />Santa Ana, and identified as Assessor Parcel Number 398-334-05, from <br />Rodolfo and Socorro Barrera for the amount of $605,000 plus normal <br />escrow and closing costs. <br />6. AGREEMENTS FOR GOODWILL APPRAISAL SERVICES <br />Recommended Action: <br />Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency: <br />1. Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute an agreement for goodwill appraisal <br />services with Donna Desmond Associates for an amount not to <br />exceed $100,000. <br />2. Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute an agreement for goodwill appraisal <br />services with Sanli Pastor & Hill for an amount not to exceed <br />$100,000. <br />7. FUNDING ALLOCATIONS FOR THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND <br />URBAN DEVELOPMENT HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH <br />AIDS PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 2006-2007 <br />Recommended Action: <br />Recommend that the City Council: <br />1. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and the Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement between the <br />City of Santa Ana and the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana, <br />in the amount of $550,000 for the implementation of the Tenant- <br />Based Rental Assistance Program. <br />CRHC AGENDA 5 JUNE 20, 2006 <br />
