EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant shall provide the following services: <br />1. Network maintenance and support; <br />2. Train and provide ongoing support to microcomputer users; <br />3. Perform various projects involving networking and applications ofsoftware-related <br />tasks; <br />4. Undertake various application software development projects; and <br />5. Provide maintenance and support for various database applications. <br />COMPENSATION <br />Consultant shall be compensated at the rate of $78.00 pex hour. Said compensation shall not <br />exceed a total of $25,000.00 during the term of this Agreement. <br />
