JANUARY 12, 2009 <br />PAGE 1 OF 2 <br />Conditions for Approval <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2008-34 is approved subject to compliance to <br />the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative <br />Code, the California Building Standards Code, and all other applicable <br />regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed <br />below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use <br />permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with <br />each and every condition may result in revocation of the conditional use <br />permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. Comply with all conditions and requirements from the <br />Development Review Committee (DRC) for the development project <br />(DP 06-46) . <br />2. Any amendment to this conditional use permit must be submitted <br />to the Planning Division for review. At that time, staff will <br />determine if administrative relief is available or the <br />conditional use permit must be amended. <br />3. The buildings shall be of constructed with quality and durable <br />exterior materials as shown on the architectural plans, <br />material boards and material specifications submitted for this <br />project. <br />4. Prior to issuance of building permits, the interior building <br />amenities shall be submitted for review by the Planning <br />Division and shall be at the same or higher level of quality as <br />the Nexus residential tower (CUP 2005-10) and City Place live- <br />work lofts (CUP 2004-28) The amenity package submitted for <br />review shall include but not be limited to flooring, staircase <br />railings, doors and hardware, kitchen appliances and <br />cabinetry, dual bowl sinks and fixtures, the walls, tiled <br />shower enclosures and kitchen countertops of stone the or <br />stone slab, or their equivalent.
