ii. Uses incidental or ancillary to any residential use, such as <br />swimming pool, sauna, j acuzzi, benches, playgrounds, <br />BBQ and other outdoor recreational facilities. <br />i. Within The Lofts, as identified on site plan: <br />i. Permitted uses as identified in Section A. 1-5, 8, 9 and 11. <br />ii. Uses incidental or ancillary to any residential use, such as <br />swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, benches, playgrounds, <br />BBQ and other outdoor recreational facilities. <br />j. Within Lot 1, as identified on Vesting Tract Map No. 2004-06 <br />(County No. 16565): <br />i. Single family residences at a maximum density of one unit <br />per acre. <br />k. Ancillary uses to commercial area: <br />i. A maximum of five permanent outdoor sales kiosks or <br />carts. The size and location of each Kiosk or cart shall be <br />approved on a masterplan of such uses by the Planning <br />Commission prior to their construction or installation. <br />2. Conditionally Permitted Uses <br />The following uses are permitted upon the approval of a conditional use <br />permit in accordance with the Santa Ana Municipal code: <br />a. Within Buildings A, B, C and D (as identified on site plan): <br />i. Uses open between midnight to 5:00 a.m. <br />ii. Banquet facilities, subject to development and operational <br />standards set forth in 41-199.1. <br />iii. Nightclubs, bars and indoor entertainment uses whether <br />freestanding or part of another permitted or conditionally <br />permitted use, except adult entertainment businesses. <br />iv. Establishments selling or serving alcoholic beverages. <br />v.
