h. Tree wells shall be a minimum of three feet by three feet <br />with protective tree grates and collars. <br />2. Residential Internal Streets. <br />a. The internal circulation road within the residential <br />component of the project will have a minimum 22' wide <br />paved roadbed and a minimum 3 ft. of landscaping on <br />either side. The road is intended to serve as an internal <br />road open to residents and their guests, Property <br />management, garbage carts, etc., but it will not be a <br />publicly dedicated street. No heavy trucks will be allowed <br />on the internal road. <br />b. The internal circulation road will incorporate high quality <br />masonry paved materials throughout the residential units. <br />3. Vehicular Loading Access Roads. <br />a. Service roads will incorporate asphaltic concrete paving <br />with curbs and gutters. <br />b. All service roads will be accessible by semi-trucks (wheel <br />base 50) and service vehicles. <br />c. Colored paving materials and concrete maybe used as <br />accent materials at entry locations (not including public <br />right-of--way or required easement areas) on the property to <br />visually define entryways. <br />B. Building Mass, Form And Architectural Style. <br />One critical component of the City Place ,~,r.,;~ c*r°°* r~„,.,,,,,.~° design is <br />the consideration of architectural style, mass and form. Architectural style <br />shall impart a distinct building image. Mass shall relate to the desired <br />scale and form shall be used to lend interest to the overall effect of the <br />mixed use development. <br />Building masses shall be simple in form and composed of strong <br />geometric shapes including rectilinear forms with facade <br />variations, round, columnar, stepped (terraced) or pyramidal <br />shapes.
