10. Phasing of landscape implementation shall be compatible with the <br />construction schedule for the entire project, as per the approved <br />site plan. <br />11. All fountains and water features throughout the project shall be <br />plumbed for non-potable "gray water" for conversion when such <br />water is available. <br />12. A xeriphytic landscaping materials and irrigation design shall be <br />used for this project.
