The rates are consistent, <br />reasonable and in line with staff's estimate. Because of the experience of <br />key personnel, client satisfaction and competitive rates, it is <br />recommended that the firms of Tatsumi and Partners, RJM Design Group, <br />Inc., and Lynn Capouya be retained for the required services. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The proposed contracts will have a limit of $300,000 for each firm.
