R.J. Noble Company Orange 6,727,141 <br />A total of eight bids were received and all were responsive. The lowest bid <br />was submitted by All American Asphalt for $3,864,426, which is below the <br />Engineer's estimate of $4,746,425. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project has been determined to be adequately evaluated in previously <br />approved Negative Declaration, ER No. 2002-06. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$4, 637, 300 for the project (Exhibit 2 ) .
