AGREEMENT WITH ATS COMMUNICATIONS <br />March 2, 2009 <br />Page 2 <br />As compensation, ATS will receive 20 percent of the lease revenues <br />associated with each site it negotiates on behalf of the City. All <br />decisions to lease any city sites will be made by the City Council on a <br />project specific basis. The agreement does not guarantee any leases to <br />be approved under the master plan without City Council approval. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds to pay for services provided by ATS will be paid solely from rents <br />received on leases negotiated by ATS. <br />25A-2 <br />
