To become familiar with the District and gain a better understanding of the needs of <br />the stakeholders, consultant will conduct an on-site visit to Downtown Santa Ana. <br />During the visit, the consultant will tour the district, meet with the key stakeholders <br />to assess their needs and concerns, and meet with the Interim Downtown Manager <br />to outline the specifics of the workshop presentation. <br /> <br />. Consultant will review all documents related to the Community Management <br />District including the Management Plan, downtown specific plans, etc. <br /> <br />.
