The property is surrounded by industrial uses (Exhibit 2). <br />The subject property is owned by Clayton, Clayton and Company and is <br />approximately .32 acres in size, rectangular in shape and improved with an <br />office and an industrial building. An existing 45-foot high monopole, <br />constructed in 1996, is located at the northeast end of the property. <br />Project Description <br />Trillium Consulting is proposing to replace the existing 45-foot high <br />monopole in its current 220 square feet leased area at the northeast edge <br />of the parking lot with a 60-foot tall facility camouflaged as a monopine. <br />The equipment cabinets will be screened by an existing seven-foot high <br />EXHIBIT A <br />31 A-2 <br />
