BLANKET ADDITIONAL INSURED - PERSONS OR ORGANIZATIONS FOR YOUR ONGOING OPERATIONS AS REQUIRED BY WRITTEN CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM PROVISIONS The following is added to SECTION II—WHO IS AN INSURED: Any person or organization that is not otherwise an insured under this insurance and that you have agreed in a written contract or agreement to include as an additional insured on this insurance is an insured, but only with respect to liability for"bodily injury", "property damage", "personal injury"or"advertising injury"that: a, Is "bodily injury" or"property damage" caused by an 'occurrence" that takes place, or is "personal injury" or "advertising injury"caused by an offence that is committed, after you have signed and executed that contract or agreement; and b. Is caused, in whole or in part, by your acts or omissions in the performance of your ongoing operations to which that contract or agreement applies or the acts or omissions of any person or organization performing such operations on your behalf. The limits of insurance provided to such insured will be the minimum limits which you agreed to provide in the written contract or agreement, or the limits shown in the Commercial General Liability Declarations, whichever are less.
