The following is added to SECTION II—WHO IS AN INSURED: <br /> Any person or organization shown in the Schedule Of Designated Persons Or Organizations For Your <br /> Ongoing Operations and that you have agreed in a written contract or agreement to include as an additional <br /> insured on this insurance is an insured, but only with respect to liability for"bodily injury", "property damage", <br /> "personal injury"or"advertising injury"that: <br /> a. Is "bodily injury" or"property damage" caused by an 'occurrence"that takes place, or is "personal injury" <br /> or "advertising injury" caused by an offence that is committed, after you have signed and executed that <br /> contractor agreement; and <br /> b. Is caused, in whole or in part, by your acts or omissions in the performance of your ongoing operations to <br /> which that contract or agreement applies or the acts or omissions of any person or organization <br /> performing such operations on your behalf. <br /> The limits of insurance provided to such insured will be the minimum limits which you agreed to provide in the <br /> written contract or agreement, or the limits shown in the Commercial General Liability Declarations,whichever <br /> are less. <br /> 2. The following is added to SECTION IV—COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY CONDITIONS: <br /> Notice Of Termination For Designated Additional insureds <br /> If we terminate this insurance for any reason other than non-payment of premium, and a number of days is <br /> shown for termination in the Schedule Of Designated Persons Or Organizations For Your Ongoing Operations <br /> for a person or organization shown in such Schedule, we will mail notice of termination to that person or <br /> organization. We will mail such notice to the address shown in such Schedule at least the number of days <br /> shown for termination in such Schedule before the effective date of termination. <br /> Notice Of Nonrenewal For Designated Additional Insureds <br /> If we decide to not renew this insurance for any reason, and a number of days is shown for nonrenewal in the <br /> Schedule Of Designated Persons Or Organizations For Your Ongoing Operations for a person or organization <br /> shown in such Schedule, we will mail notice of the nonrenewal to that person or organization.
