Docusign Envelope ID: 69F3BA28-FBFA-4209-91 BO-400342F73326 <br />5.7.1.Change Order — No extra work or services as set forth in the above subsection may <br />be undertaken unless a written "Change Order" is first given by the City to Consultant, <br />incorporating therein any material adjustment in the contract and/or the time to <br />perform this Agreement, which said adjustments are subject to the written approval <br />of the Consultant. <br />5.8. Out of Scope Support — City agrees to pay additional hourly fees according to <br />Consultant's stated hourly rates if the City desires Consultant's assistance for matters that <br />are not associated to defects in Consultant's software. <br />6. Online Payment Processing <br />6.1. Modified Payment Processing Solution — Consultant's software will direct online <br />payments to the City's PCI compliant payment processing services, supporting both credit <br />card and eCheck transactions. Processing fees that may be incurred through this model <br />will be added to the recurring costs billed to the City. Through this modified processing <br />solution, the City retains the full right, power and authority to request, receive and review <br />any data or records reflected in a transaction report. Any information captured through <br />this modified processing solution is declared sensitive and confidential and may only be <br />reviewed by the City or the Consultant if authorized by the City. <br />1211802.2 Page 17 of 20 <br />
