satisfaction of the CITY OF SANTA ANA and OCFA, certificates of insurance and endorsements <br />evidencing the policy or policies of insurance in the types and amounts set forth below and shall <br />name CITY OF SANTA ANA and OCFA as certificate holders. CONTRACTOR shall at all times <br />during the term of this Agreement carry, maintain, and keep in full force and effect and shall <br />require any subcontractors to obtain and maintain the following minimum scope of insurance <br />coverage for the entire Term of this Agreement against claims of negligence leading to injuries, <br />including death, to persons or damage to property which may arise from or in connection with <br />services, products and materials supplied to CITY OF SANTA ANA and OCFA. Total cost of <br />such insurance shall be borne by CONTRACTOR. <br />MINIMUM SCOPE AND LIMIT OF INSURANCE <br />1. Commercial General Liability (CGL): on an "occurrence" basis, including products and <br />completed operations, property damage, bodily injury and personal & advertising injury <br />with limits no less than $10,000,000 per occurrence and $10,000,000 aggregate. Required <br />policy limits can be met with primary and umbrella/excess insurance policies. <br />2. Commercial Automobile Liability (AL): with limits no less than $3,000,000 combined <br />single limits, with an aggregate no less than $6,000,000. Required policy limits can be met <br />with primary and umbrella/excess insurance policies. CONTRACTOR's Commercial <br />Automobile Liability insurance policy shall include coverage for vehicles, provided by <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA and/or OCFA, for use by CONTRACTOR under First Tier <br />Service and Mutual Aid Service. <br />3. Workers' Compensation (W/C): with statutory limits as required by the State of <br />California, and Employer's Liability Insurance with limits no less than $1,000,000 per <br />accident, policy or employee, for bodily injury or disease. <br />4. Emergency Service Business Insurance (EMS)/Professional Liability (PL) Insurance: <br />with limits no less than $3,000,000 per occurrence or claim, and $6,000,000 aggregate. <br />Required policy limits can be met with primary and umbrella/excess insurance policies. <br />If CONTRACTOR maintains broader coverage and/or higher limits than the minimum <br />requirements for each line of coverage shown above, CITY OF SANTA ANA/OCFA requires and <br />shall be entitled to the broader coverage and/or the higher limits maintained by CONTRACTOR. <br />Any available insurance proceeds in excess of the specified minimum limits of insurance and <br />coverage shall be available to CITY OF SANTA ANA/OCFA. <br />Required Policy Endorsements <br />The above required insurance policies are to contain or be endorsed to contain the <br />following provisions: <br />1. "CITY OF SANTA ANA, its City Council, its officers, officials, employees, agents, <br />volunteers, and OCFA" are to be covered as additional insureds, under CONTRACTOR's <br />CGL and AL, insurance policies, with respect to any liability arising out of work or <br />
