Section 9. Section 41-2007 (Uses Permitted) of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Sec. 41-2007. Uses Permitted. <br />(a) Allowable Land Use Types. A parcel or building within the SpeGifiG Development <br />SD-84 area shall be occupied by only the land uses allowed by the table entitled <br />Use Standards (hereinafter Use Standards Table) within the zone applied to the <br />site by the Regulating Plan. <br />b) No building shall be erected, constructed, reconstructed or structurally altered <br />except in conformance with the provisions contained herein; nor shall any building <br />or land be used for any purpose other than that which is permitted in the district or <br />modified district in which such building or land is located.
