ADDITIONSWELETIONS TO CLOSED SESSION MINUTES: City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall announced that Closed Session Item No. 3, pertaining to the Executive Management Team, was withdrawn. PUBLIC COMMENTS.— Members of the public may address the City Council on Closed Session items. MINUTES: None. RECESS — City Council will recess to Closed Session for the purpose of conducting regular City business. MINUTES:MayorAmezcua recessed to consider the Closed Session items at 4:16 P.M.
