<br />Single-family residential customers shall not be required to reduce <br />consumption below eighteen (18) billing units per bi-monthly billing period <br />during Water Shortage Levels 1 and 2. Multi-family residential customers <br />shall not be required to reduce consumption below eighteen (18) billing <br />units per bi-monthly billing period for each dwelling unit during Water <br />Shortage Levels 1 and 2. <br />For Water Shortage Level 3, the bi-monthly exemption amount for <br />single family and multi-family customers shall be determined by the City <br />Council and set forth in the resolution declaring a Level 3. <br />Section 17.
