EXHIBIT B <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES <br />SITE PLANS/ DESCRIPTIVE RENDERINGS <br />However, it is expressly agreed and understood by and between the LESSOR and LESSEE that the exact <br />and precise location of the LESSEE's Facilities are subject to review and approval by the planning and/or zoning <br />Boards having jurisdiction over the "Premises". <br />Therefore, it is expressly agreed and understood by and between LESSOR and LESSEE that the precise <br />location of the Premises as shown on Exhibit "B" may be modified by the LESSEE in order to comply with and <br />obtain necessary planning and/or zoning approvals, and any and all other approvals necessary for LESSEE'S <br />intended use of the property. The Premises as described herein may therefore be modified by the LESSEE to reflect <br />the final engineering design. An amended Exhibit "B" (if necessary) will be provided by the LESSEE and attached <br />to the lease in place of the existing Exhibit "B", a copy of which will be provided to the LESSOR for review prior to <br />being incorporated into the Agreement. <br />See the attached drawings dated 01/13/08, Sheets A-1, A-2, A-3, & A-4, identified with Site <br />Information: Carl Thornton Park, LA13160A.
