EXHIBIT D <br />PROPERTY SPECIFIC ACCESS RULES/REGULATIONS <br />1. LESSOR shall have the unilateral right and privilege to undertake all normal <br />items and operations associated with the current use of the Property, including, but not limited to <br />public events and City business, which may include high powered electric lights and food <br />services, arrange for the televising of any public event to be held at the Property, and ability to <br />contract with other interested parties. <br />2. City business may also include minor landscaping, minor maintenance and minor <br />construction proximately located near the Premises, so long as the City business does not <br />interfere with or impair the operation of LESSEE'S Facilities. <br />3. LESSEE'S access to the Premises shall be limited when the Premises is being <br />used for a public event, and the four (4) hours before and after any such event.
