DISTRICT AGREEMENT <br />12-522 <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />This Scope of Work outlines the specific areas of responsibility for various project development <br />activities for the proposed Alton OC and Direct HOV Drop Ramps on SR-55 between MacArthur <br />Blvd to Dyer Rd. <br />CITY and STATE concur that the proposal is a Category-3 as defined in STATE's <br />Project Development Procedures Manual. <br />1. STATE will review, monitor, and approve all project development reports, studies, <br />and plans, and provide all necessary implementation activities up to, but not including <br />advertising of the project. <br />2. The existing freeway agreement need to be revised and has been revised as an <br />attachment for the approval of New Public Road Connection (NPRC) of direct access <br />HOV drop ramps to SR-55 from California Transportation Commission (CTC). <br />All phases of the project, from inception through construction, whether done by CITY <br />or STATE, will be developed in accordance with all policies, procedures, practices, <br />and standards that STATE would normally follow. <br />4. Detailed steps in the project development process aze attached to this Scope of Work. <br />These Attachments aze intended as a guide to STATE and CITY staff. <br />25D-14 <br />
