Historic Property Survey Report -Negative Findings <br />In 2007, OCTA commenced the SR-55 Widening project between Interstates 405 <br />and 5, which is currently at the Project Study Report Phase. This project consists of <br />five alternatives and the widest alternative includes one additional general purpose <br />lane in each direction compared to the SR-55 lane configuration of the approved <br />Alton Avenue Overcrossing Project. The design of Alton Avenue Overcrossing <br />Project shall be compatible with the five design alternatives of OCTA's SR-55 <br />Widening Project. <br />If you have any further question, please contact Kenny Nguyen at (714)647-5632. <br />III. CONTENT OF PROPOSAL <br />In order to maintain a uniformity with all proposals furnished by the Consultants, it is <br />hereby requested the proposals be limited to a maximum of 35 pages (excluding <br />front and back covers, section dividers and resumes) and include the following: <br />A. Cover letter highlighting the Prime Consultant's qualifications and the primary <br />location where the work will be performed. There shall be indication that the <br />proposal will be valid for 90 days and must be signed by an officer that has <br />authority to bind the Consultant. <br />B. Project understanding and approach discussing the project, key issues, and any <br />suggestions or special concerns that the City of Santa Ana should be made <br />aware of. <br />C. A detailed scope of work identifying each required task for the preparation of the <br />Environmental Reevaluation, GAD, and PS&E in accordance with Caltrans <br />policies and requirements, along with any additional tasks not currently identified <br />in this RFP, but are necessary for the successful completion of the project. <br />D. Project schedule, management plan and quality control measures to be <br />implemented on the project that will ensure that the required services will be <br />completed in a timely manner. The Consultants shall provide the firm's workload <br />and the ability to perform the work requested, specifically as it relates to the <br />Project Manager and key personnel. <br />6 <br />25D-32 <br />
