RECITALS: A. The parties entered into Agreement A-2007-112, dated July 1, 2007 (hereinafter "said Agreement"), by which Consultant has provided services to the City in the area of the analysis and development of studies of governmental cost of services, such as development user fees and full cost allocation plans. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to extend the term an additional one-year period. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: Section 3, TERM, shall be extended for an additional one-year term, through June 30, 2009. 2. Except as hereinabove amended the terms and conditions of the said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
