Agreement No.ll09-032 4.3 Assignment This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Parties. No assigmnent of City's interest in this Agreement shall be made without the written consent of County. 1~ urthermorc, City agrees that CAP 1~ ands shall not be expended on, given to, shared with, or otherwise provided to any other city, local agency or other entity that is not contemplated under this Agreement. 4.4 Entirety & Amendments This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties with respect. to the matters provided for herein.
